Spotless and reasonably large rooms with 1 king bed as well as fridge and complimentary breakfast. Good and unbeatable location to everything-everything's within walking distance, great pool. Also - very close to a Target, the Embassy in Orlando and the shops and restaurants in downtown Chicago: D

The location was perfect for exploring Chicago, with attractions like Millennium Park and the Magnificent Mile just a short walk away. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic breakfast options and the comfort of the spacious suite. The pull-out couch was disappointing and not suitable for a good night's sleep. It was a decent stay with some room for improvement.

New-fashioned room and staff is always amazingly nice and consistently courteous.
They provide many type of service - great bar, free wi-fi, shuttle to the airport. The hotel offers savoury and hot breakfast with complimentary drinks and cheeses and waffles. It has great and stunning location to see an Oak street.

The location. Breakfast.
That the pool sector wasn't in control. I couldn't enjoy it when there were kids splashing, screaming, playing with balls, etc. The water is cold.

Excellent location. In the afternoons two hours of "Happy hour" with all kinds of free drinks and some food to snack on. Breakfast with freshly cooked dishes and refreshments included. The kids loved the pool. Two big TVs in each suite. 4 fast elevators that are appreciated.
A very American breakfast.

Location of the Hotel. Close to the main points of interest
Front desk staff. I had to receive an order from Amazon and the staff was unwilling to receive it and confirm receipt.

The hotel was very good, with big and comfortable rooms, a very complete breakfast. It is in an excellent location, just 200 meters from the river, and in the heart of Chicago.
What we liked the least was the customer service at the reception. When we arrived they couldn't find the booking form. When they found it they indicated that it was my fault for having named all the guests of the room, and not just me. All this with a very unpleasant face. When we left, we were told that the invoice would be sent to us by email immediately. I do not understand how a hotel of this category has such unprofessional people and at times rude at the reception. at the moment I still do not have the bill, and more than 10 days have passed.
